COLOR CUES: Spring Green
It’s finally beginning to feel like spring will be here any minute now and I cannot wait! With the added hours of sunshine daylight saving has given us, you would think I’ve won the lottery or something. But really, I’m just glad to get out of the doldrums of winter and into the brighter, more airy season of Spring.
That’s exactly why the color green was on my radar for this installment of COLOR CUES. I looked back through my archives and discovered I’ve only covered one semi-green color in the past, which is Benjamin Moore’s Dragonfly paint color, and that is quite shocking to me. Though green isn’t my favorite color, it’s certainly up there pulling in really close to blue, my absolute favorite color.
In honor of Spring – new plant life, warmer temps, longer days – and all that it signifies, this color palette has me ready to highlight this color in my space somehow. If/When I do, you will certainly be the first to know. Until then, this mood board I put together can inspire us all.
