Photo A Day: Week 8

 

Arts & crafts time with the Ballerina.  Her picture is on the top, and it’s a portrait of me.  Can’t you tell?  She knows her mother loves big hair!  The second one is mine..  I have a project in mind that involves watercolor on fabric, and I was practicing building the color.

 

Day off of work for Presidents’ Day + A new crop of magazines = My kind of relaxation!

 

It may only be preschool, but I am extremely proud! #startthemearly

 

QUESTION: Which came first, the chicken or the egg?….No clue.

ANOTHER QUESTION: Which came first, the cell phone or the case?….For me, the case came first.  I know it’s pretty weird to buy a case before buying the actual phone, but when J. Crew is having an awesome sale, you just go for it.  And then when your husband spontaneously says let’s go get you a new phone, you go for that too!  (Ignore the horribly applied screen protector.  I screwed it up and need to put a new one one.)

 

 

So excited to see that it’s starting to stay light outside longer!  Even though the moon is up there peeking out on the right, this just made my day when I was driving home from work.

 

 

Friday night is pizza night around here most of the time.  Sometimes we order out, sometimes we make it from scratch.  This dough recipe is super easy and it’s the one I use most.  Though it calls for yeast, there’s no rising time at all.  Very simple.
