{Loving} Candles: Fall & Winter Edition

Fall-&-Winter-Candles
I have a bit of an obsession with scents, especially for my home.  I tend to like my home to smell like something, whether that be lilacs in Spring or cinnamon & spice in the Fall, I just need it to smell like something good.  My favorite way to make that happen is to burn candles.  I also like fragrance oils, effusion lamps, and wax melts, but my collection of candles is quite large.

For the last couple of years, I’ve fallen in love with the candles from Bath & Body Works.  The scents are amazing and most of them have an excellent throw which makes the scents last a really long time.  You can also catch really great deals on their 3-wick candles from time-to-time.

With Fall weather looming, I’ve been inspired to pull out a few of my favorites – Pumpkin Hayride,  Winter Night, Sandalwood Vanilla, and a few others.  Since I’m not a fan of food scents, it can sometimes be hard to find candles for this time of year that don’t smell like pie, cookies, gingerbread, and other kinds of sweet desserts.  These scents pictured above don’t smell like food at all but still have the ability to evoke a warm, cozy, and festive mood.

Though I love many different scents, Lavender Vanilla is always a year-round favorite.
