Beach Bag Essentials

 
We’ve gotten off to a late start with beach outings this summer, but luckily we were able to fit our first one in a short while ago.  We have another beach/boardwalk excursion planned for Labor Day weekend, so I’m really looking forward to that.  AND I’m hoping we can fit 1 or 2 additional spontaneous shore trips in over the next few weeks.  In order to fit in as many spontaneous beach trips as possible, it’s important for me to have all my beach bag essentials organized and readily available.

In my beach bag, you’ll always find sunglasses, a swimsuit, a scarf and/or hat, bottled water, snacks, sunscreen, and a good book.  Here’s a roundup of my bag and what’s in it this year.
